Tonight, the Troopers are back. An all-new season of Alaska State Troopers follows the group of policemen tasked to enforce one of America’s most unforgiving terrains – hundreds of miles of rugged Alaskan terrain.
Their backup may be located days away, but that can’t stop the team from responding by land, air, and sea, on duty in bone-chilling temperatures protecting the citizens wildlife of Alaska. There’s no typical day on the job as an Alaska State Trooper, as they’re called to handle everything from breaking up fights and chasing down drunk drivers to solving violent chainsaw crimes and protecting small towns from theft.
And when hunters descend on the Alaskan wilderness, it’s up to the Troopers to maintain the delicate balance between man and nature, protecting animals while making sure no tourists get hurt in the process. On the AST team, being prepared for anything is just part of the job.
In the season premiere, we follow team AST as they chase a wanted suspect through a forest, protect small Alaskan villages from illegal bootleggers, and save a community from a bear on the hunt. As if that’s not difficult enough, it’s also up to the Troopers to protect moose during from illegal hunting and assist drugged-up Alaskan citizens. It’s all in a days’ work for the Troopers in a premiere that’s as crazy as they come.
Don’t miss the AST season premiere tonight at 10P.
