Man-Eating Prides

The people of Tanzania are under siege from a plague of man-eating lions. This East African republic is home to more than one-quarter of the world’s lions, but until recently attacks were few and far between. Now entire prides consider humans fair game. More than 600 people have been killed since 1990.

Video Preview: Tanzania is suddenly plagued with man-eating lions, and a hunt begins. But will the fervor result in a dwindling lion population?

Man-Eating Prides airs on Nat Geo Wild Friday July 2 at 9P et/pt.
