Somewhere over Colombia’s Mountain Rain Forest. Night of June 13, 2009.

There are 12 of us crammed into a tiny Colombian Anti-Narcotics Police prop plane. The thing is bucking like a bronco as lightning flashes off our left wing. It didn’t help when two guys crossed themselves upon takeoff. The pilots seem competent – but the weather this close to the Equator is notoriously fickle. And the mountains are extremely steep – straining Colombian police choppers and small planes to their operational limits. The pilots are flying high to stay above the peaks. Flying over the weather however, is impossible.

    Saw the picture of the submarine – what a giant waste of brainpower – if only we could put these drug runners to work doing something useful. A fter all, they’re quite clever!

    As army veterant , I designe a special submarine , that can probide better tool for the lawenforment need for the job ,, we need to be ahead of the narcos , tecnology change day by day ,,, I know that they working in something superior , and they have the money , we the americans , most to be together to fight this narcos.
