    Dear Nat Geo Wild,

I am very sad that you showed the FishBowl. Goldfish are much longer, wider, and taller than other fish like guppies and need mush more space to carry the amount of oxygen they need. Many goldfish live short stunted lives by being placed in a small bowl. I love Nat Geo, and I love goldfish but I am disappointed that this only carries on the misconception about goldfish and bowls. Goldfish may not be rare or expensive but they deserve humane treatment as do any living creature. I hope this can be turned into a learning point. Do a in depth exploration of the long history of goldfish. Show off the many exotic breeds of goldfish. Teach kids and adults how to properly care for their goldfish and they can return years of enjoyment as one of the oldest domesticated pets of man.
