    80 % of the “preppers” forget about the most important prep of all ! Thereselves , they worry about everything but getting there bodies in shape to survive ! If they really felt in the heart that something catastrophic will happen, being a great shape would be top on the list!!

    I agree with Joe we need to consider self conditioning as part of our preparations or all of the rest of the effort will be lost. We certainly cannot entertain packing a 60 pound bug our bag, guns and ammo if we are out of shape and overweight. Not dissing anyone but survival is of the fittest.
