Alex Trebek has been at the Nat Geo Headquarters this week filming the 2012 National Geographic Bee and he took the streets to see how well Washingtonians perform under [geographic trivia] pressure. So how well do you know your geography? (We’re hoping better than these people).

In my opinion, NG should distance itself from politics as far as possible by NOT using the incumbent president to present anything on its channel. This was seen on Geo Bee by many as an endorsement of him during this election year.
Shame, shame.
Obama is the president. It is an honor for this program and for geographical literacy (which is sadly lacking in the US) that the President is on the show. You are making it political by your attitude, the show is not political.
